Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling, switching devices, or confirming an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

Manage or cancel subscription

Subscriptions are managed through the store where you subscribed. Use App Store subscriptions on iOS or Google Play subscriptions on Android to manage or cancel.

Account deletion and data deletion

Request account deletion or data deletion by email. We may need to verify the request before completing it.

Apple Health sync

On iOS, Kova can write completed strength workouts and estimated active energy to Apple Health when you enable sync.

Troubleshooting

Check your internet connection, update Kova, restart the app, and make sure you are signed into the correct App Store or Google Play account.

App Store, TestFlight, and Google Play help

For TestFlight or beta access, confirm the invitation email and store account match. For purchases, use Apple or Google's purchase history and subscription settings.

Training data questions

If progression, weights, or workout history look wrong, include your app version and a short description when contacting support.
